Take time to check where you sit on the wheel. Use this awareness to guide your decisions, especially in spaces where you hold influence. And when you're making choices that impact communities or experiences different from your own, pause and consult those with lived experience. True inclusion starts with recognising where your knowledge ends — and listening from there.
