Learn from the lived experiences of friends, family, colleagues, and community members — and reflect on how your own story shapes your worldview.

Ask yourself:

• How would I describe my cultural background and personal experiences?

• How might these influence my perspectives on DE&I?

• What impact can I personally make within my company or community?

• Are there specific changes or improvements I could help drive? How could I start?

This isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about becoming more aware, open, and active — so the spaces you’re part of can grow to include more people, more fairly. Change begins with the questions we’re willing to ask ourselves.
